Martine Leblanc

A resident of Sainte-Catherine for nearly 25 years, I chose our waterfront city as the place to raise my three children. With a degree in tourism, I have worked mainly in the restaurant industry and am now the owner of Lili’s, right here in Sainte-Catherine.

I deeply love my city and my neighborhood. My life is woven into it every day: my friends, my favorite shops, my involvement in the sports and cultural activities that give rhythm to our community. My husband and I have encouraged and supported many projects.

Over the past four years, I have attended most of the City Council meetings, both regular and special, as well as public consultations. This involvement has given me a clear understanding of the issues and how our city works, and has shown me that, too often, the voices of citizens are ignored by the current administration. I want citizen participation to result in decisions that truly reflect the needs and priorities of our community.

👉 As a city councillor, I am committed to:

  • 📢 Providing clear and accessible summaries of projects and decisions that affect the community.
  • 🌊 Develop a wider range of summer, winter, and water activities that are safe and accessible to all.
  • 🏘️ Promote community initiatives that strengthen neighborhood life and our collective pride.

United under one voice, we can make Sainte-Catherine an ever more vibrant and welcoming city that is proud of its attractions.
